• Financial Modeling: Serving as a Lead Business Analyst to build comprehensive pro-forma financials for acquisition targets.
• Business Justification: Developing and collaborating on diverse complex business plans for business verticals from technology, insurance, to pharmaceutical firms, as well as international manufacturing start-ups.

• Infrastructure Excellence: Managed the build-out of global data centers and offices across 23 countries.
• System Optimization: Acquisition of failing auto insurance company.  Improved critical system uptime from 62% to 99.9% while reducing facility operating costs by over 70%.
• Revenue Innovation: Architected and deployed the first internet credit card embossing and portfolio management system in Brazil, resulting in $168M in annual revenues, as well as many other solutions.

Carlos A. Acosta is a banker and economist with over 45 years of professional experience working in varying industries and fields with a

specialization in finance, new technologies, project development, and wealth management. Mr. Acosta's vast work experience in the private sector includes (but is not limited to) the following industries: banking, investment, finance, alternative technologies, technology investment funds, real estate, commodities, and medical. Mr. Acosta has worked for public institutions, private enterprises, and wealthy individuals in the re-engineering of their organizations and investments.As Managing Partner for JINXIN Copper Holding Limited (a Hong Kong-based company trading in gold and copper and the gold mine owner), Mr. Acosta brings his management experience of medium and large companies, distribution and supplies, commodities trading, and financing. During his leadership of JINXIN over the past 10 years, total assets under management and advisory exceeded $1 trillion. As an entrepreneur and businessman, Mr. Acosta is involved in the development of alternative technologies currently in the research and developmental phases. During the course of his career, Mr. Acosta was responsible for the financing and implementation of projects, real estate development in small and large development companies such as the Rouse
Corporation and The Enterprise Foundation in the United States and also internationally (WTS SL
Spain, CGI Spain, Easy Nutrition Germany, etc.). Mr. Acosta has also worked with Governments
in various roles and positions at the Federal, State, and Local levels, leveraging public and private funding in the building of projects. This work included (but was not limited to) the management of hundreds of millions of dollars and the supervision of a large number of employees. Mr. Acosta worked in the financial industry in retail banking in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and in investment banking on Wall Street as a licensed institutional trader. Furthermore, Mr. Acosta has worked with non-profit institutions and foundations such as the
Fundacion Yireh (Spain), Pew Charitable Trust, William Penn Foundation, and The Robert Wood
Johnson Foundation in the United States in project development, funding, and funds monitoring .He has served as a board member for public institutions, the private sector, and non-profit organizations at local, state, and federal levels in the areas of education, housing, economic development, health (including hospitals, clinics, and health insurance companies), and finance. In addition, Mr. Acosta also served on the boards of several faith-based organizations as well. Finally, Mr. Acosta taught as an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at various Colleges in the United States for over a decade. Mr. Acosta received his academic training in international business finance and economics at Drexel University, Temple University, and the Carter School Mason University.
